    I bought these as they are much easier to swallow than the larger Magnesium supplements. Very happy I made the switch as I always dreaded taking my previous ones!

    Tablets are small enough to swallow (for me anyway.)I miss the flip top lids. They chnaged them to screw top. I buy these on a regular basis. I think they def help.
