What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

Vitamin D3 also contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.
  • When exposed to sunlight, our bodies will naturally make vitamin D3. This process happens when ultraviolet B (UVB) radiation from the sun triggers the 7-dehydrocholesteol to produce D3. Research suggests that everyone over the age of one years should have a daily intake of at least 10µg of Vitamin D per day to protect bone and muscle health. Government advice is that everyone should consider taking a daily vitamin D supplement, especially during the autumn and winter.

    Unfortunately the staff was unable to find the order in the first instance and eventually found it after approximately 10 minutes just as I was about to leave.
    As the order was 2 small bottles they were in a box capable of holding approx ten which I would guess made the finding of it more difficult ! You need to get sorted as to waste on packaging.

    Bought these for lack of sun, don't know if I have had benefit yet, just hoping to get through January without thoughts of destruction if the sun doesn't arrive!!!!
    Will let you know if they have worked,
    But joking aside I think I'm feeling better that I did this time last year
