What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

  • When exposed to sunlight, our bodies will naturally make vitamin D3. This process happens when ultraviolet B (UVB) radiation from the sun triggers the 7-dehydrocholesteol to produce D3. Research suggests that everyone over the age of one years should have a daily intake of at least 10µg of Vitamin D per day to protect bone and muscle health. Government advice is that everyone should consider taking a daily vitamin D supplement, especially during the autumn and winter.

    Not sure if these are working well or not yet, need to take for longer, but I trust H & B. My only complaint is the size of container for such teeny tablets! It's a total waste - surely it's better to use a container half the size, and even that would still be bigger than necessary! I know others have commented on this, so come on, H & B, do something about it!

    i preferred the caplet size. This new size is incredibly small. keep losing them. They slip through my hands. I want the old size back!

    Why are these tablets now so tiny? They used to be a nice size cushion shape, now they are so small they drop through my fingers and I have lost count of how many have fallen in the sink or through the floorboards! Please re-size to make them used friendly again.

    Haven't noticed any obvious difference and neither has my husband but its only been 3 weeks. I am sure all the goodness is going on inside
