I�ve been taking fish oils for years and I really like the strength of these, ie one and done. Many vitamins including vitamin d are �fat soluble� so need to be taken with oil for your body to absorb, so the combination of vitamin d and fish oil is awesome.

High quality fish oil plus

I have been using these capsules daily for a couple of years as they have good epa/dha ratio (I am told by a well qualified nutritionalist), vitamin d and the fish oil to help my ageing joints. I believe they are a very good quality product which I shall continue using.
