I have been taking magnesium tablets for the past 2 years from a different company, and are mor expensive. I decided on price that these would be the same, but these tablets leave me with indigestion, no matter how l take them.

I think it does help sleep if taken an hour or two before bed. Not sure if it�s this that has boosted my energy/ability to keep active all day or boosting my iron intake. No side effects.

These tablets are VERY hard.

These tablets would get 5 stars but for the fact that they are almost impossible to crush. My mother can't swallow them whole because they are too large but to crush them requires brute force and a rolling pin!!! Most tablets crush quite easily using a pill crusher but it won't even crack these in half. Next time we'll buy the liquid!
