    I don't usually leave reviews but this product made me feel so sick I wanted to warn others! I took it for a couple of days and started to feel really nauseous, had a terrible headache, very sick and dizzy - I felt like I was going to pass out. I stopped taking it and by the following day the symptoms had cleared up. So, I left it a day or so and tried again and within a couple of hours, again, I felt horrendous. Such a waste of money.

    I�ve been suffering with joint pain and insomnia due to being perimenopausal. A friend suggested magnesium supplements so I decided to give them a go. I�ve been taking for about 6 weeks and my joint pain has gone and I�m actually managing a decent night sleep. I do still wake in the night occasionally but instead of lying there for hours, I manage to get back to sleep. I�ve just ordered another lot. Definitely worth trying if other ladies are struggling like me!!

    Really disgusting! Huge tablets and, on further research, only 4% absorption rate in this form so unlikely to do any good for my magnesium levels! Felt sick after swallowing first huge caplet so decided just to throw them away.
