    I've been taking this for a few months now, it's the kind of supplement that is hard to gauge whether it's working on not. But what I can say is that they are fairly big tablets but only 3a day (most brands are 4 a day) and they are very easy to swallow. They don't have any smell and I love the new packaging in the glass jar. H&B usually have good sales so I was able to get them for a reasonable price too. Overall, very happy.
