    Had painful right hip for a couple of months.Last Saturday 3/7/21 it was at its worst almost collapsed.Luckily there was a H&B store nearby.Being aware of the claims of Turmeric I purchased 2x 600mg tubs of Turmeric & Black Pepper,one tablet twice a day.Now six days later almost pain free.Took a few days to notice an effect.I would honestly recommend this product based on my experience.
