    Excellent and does what it says on the tin

    I tried this for a laugh as I am in perimenopause and my knees have started to ache frequently which they did not before. I did not hold out much hope with it as I thought it was another gimmick, but surprisingly after about two weeks the knee aches and pains have disappeared. they are back to how they felt before. I shall keep on using it as I am planning on starting an exercise regime.
