Turmeric with black pepper high strength

I have been taking these capsules since December 2019 as I was told by Pain Consultant at my local hospital that they could help with swelling and pain in my joints as I have several types of arthritis and other illnesses and take quite a lot of pain killers prescription only and I must honestly say that they have helped my pain and swelling in my fingers and knees dramatically and would recommend these to anyone with arthritis swelling and pain but give them a chance to work as I have because the consultant told me to take for a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks and I have left it 7 months before I left a review and I am glad because the longer you take them the better the effects so give them ago i am a lady aged 57 and wish someone had told me years ago worth every penny

Brilliant for your the immune system

Although Turmeric is often used in cooking, it is useful to have these tablets as they are a higher dose and also contain black pepper which helps with the absorption of the turmeric. Turmeric is useful because it helps to boost the immune system.
