    I have only just bought these but I read that turmeric is good for tightening skin and I also have joint pain. Can�t hurt to try. Someone on here mentioned they are good for psoriasis, I will have to read up on that and maybe recommend them to someone I know who suffers with psoriasis really bad.

    I have mild to moderate osteoarthritis and was advised to take tumeric with black pepper daily. It's brilliant stuff and really makes a difference to the pain I get every day. I really noticed the difference when I ran out of these capsules. Obviously it won't fix the problem but it means that I have to take less heavy duty painkillers.
