What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?
You might be surprised to find that Magnesium is the fourth most abundant mineral in the human body, and it is involved in hundreds of cellular reactions. Most Magnesium can be found in your bones, and it is important for healthy bones and teeth. Most foods that are rich in Magnesium are plant-based. These include pumpkin seeds, nuts, soya products, spinach, edamame beans, whole meal bread, brown rice, quinoa, avocado and bananas.
Your body needs more Magnesium when you have taken part in physical activity. This does not have to be running a marathon or an endurance bike ride, it can just be a countryside walk or even some strenuous gardening. Athletes must replace lost Magnesium quickly after they have finished their exercise, to help support normal muscle function.
Simply take two Magnesium tablets per day, preferably with a meal.

Misleading

Calcium citrate is supposed to be a little sour this isnt a little research found that there r two types of calcium citrate 1:1 and 3:2 and this unknowingly is 3:2 a cheaper form which explains the lack of taste also mean this isnt water soluble and theres no evidence its even absorbable whole point of calcium citrate is that the water solubility makes it bioavailable if u put a pill in a cup water will go a little cloudy due to filler but u will see the pile of undissolved calcium at the bottom

A problem taking them
Rating
Purchased as Im low in magnesium and they were a decent price but they are so hard to swallow even when I break them in half that Ive given up with them and thrown them away Ive wasted my money as I bought two lots.

Wish I had reviews first!

Ive recently finished my first lot of magnesium tablets. They were solgar ones and very large tablets much bigger than these but much easier to swallow! They were out of stock so I brought these as same strength.
These however are tremendously difficult to swallow and get stuck in your throat. I usually have no issues but these are pretty difficult. Wont buy again and really wish I read the reviews first to see this and avoid. I hate wasting things, but dont know if I can take these.

Funny taste, and not as they used to be
Rating
These tablets have changed, from dosage to the composition. I used to be able to chew them, but I can't any more. They've got a funny (not nice!) taste, and are definitely not like the previous version. Unfortunately, as they don't have a coating on them, they tend to stick in your throat.

Wouldnt recommend

These tablets are extremely hard to swallow. They are not coated and get stuck in your throat. You need to take with copious amounts of water. I stopped taking them.

A good supplement but quite large in size but I find them easier to take when cut in half.
