    After purchasing the Selenium and zinc I googled it to make sure I could take it as I have an under active thyroid and take levothyroxine daily.Unfortunately I had opened the bottle and taken one of the tablets so cannot return it! I read and checked with the GP ,that you cannot take Selenium with a thyroid problem.
