    I really like the taste of these chewy vitamins, I tried another brand and they were disgusting so ive gone back to them. On my first jar so no noticeable change so far but when i took them previously I definitely felt they made a difference to my hair and skin.

    Easy to take as part of my daily vitamins routine and I appreciate that they are vegan. The pineapple flavour is not too sweet and it is also quite original as most brands would go for berries flavour. In terms of efficiency, my nails and my hair are loving it, but no improvement in my skin yet.
