The Holland & Barrett Skin Hair and Nails Vegan Gummies have a great pineapple flavor, and they�re easy to take. While I haven�t noticed a big difference in my hair, skin, or nails yet, I like that they�re vegan and packed with nutrients like Biotin and Zinc. Decent, but I�m still waiting for noticeable results.
