Haven�t been taking it long enough to access its effectiveness but it did bring me out in spots so I now just take one a day rather than two and it�s stopped making me spotty, it takes months to see the effects so unable to comment on much else. They do taste nice but I find I don�t fancy eating sweets in the morning so I have to take it in the evening and sometimes I forget.
