What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

  • Flaxseed oil, also known as Linseed oil, is an excellent natural source of Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) which is an Omega-3 fatty acid. As the body is unable to produce them, Omega-3 fatty acids are essential additions to the diet.
  • Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. This beneficial effect can be found with a daily intake of 2g of ALA from food and supplements.

    Bought this in store . Got really confused with trying to buy a omega 3,6,9 tablet that was vege or vegan so had to buy flaxseed oil which is great . BUT this was next to the obviously vegan similar product ( which wasn�t part of the offers ). Selected this and didn�t realise it was not suitable because of gelatine until later .

    I�ve been taking these for two weeks so wasn�t expecting any results yet but my nails are amazing. Bought these to help cholesterol levels so this is an added bonus. I also suffered from dry eyes and have an improvement too. I nearly ordered off a cheaper site but read reviews that the capsules were cloudy, pleased with these ones, all nice and clear.
