Flaxseed oil, also known as Linseed oil, is an excellent natural source of Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) which is an Omega-3 fatty acid. As the body is unable to produce them, Omega-3 fatty acids are essential additions to the diet.
Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. This beneficial effect can be found with a daily intake of 2g of ALA from food and supplements.

I always have the Flax capsules as I find it easier to take.

Used to buy the grain and put it on breakfast etc but if I missed breakfast then I missed the flax. With the capsules I can take them even if I do miss breakfast. This time round I got them half price so super happy.

Used the old capsules for years. Bought and returned these as they now contain corn starch. Old capsules made a point of not containing corn what does that tell you. Bring back the old formula

Great quality product - I have trouble swallowing even soft gels so I pierce the capsules (I don't mind the taste much so it's fine).
