What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

Vitamin D3 also contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.
  • When exposed to sunlight, our bodies will naturally make vitamin D3. This process happens when ultraviolet B (UVB) radiation from the sun triggers the 7-dehydrocholesteol to produce D3. Research suggests that everyone over the age of one years should have a daily intake of at least 10µg of Vitamin D per day to protect bone and muscle health. Government advice is that everyone should consider taking a daily vitamin D supplement, especially during the autumn and winter.

    Your service was excellent, but the new size tablets dreadful. I have used your Vitamin D3 for sometime now (bought mainly in store) and love the old style tablets, which were very beneficial. BUT the new "micro" tablets are useless for older people and people with arthritis. I can't pick them up, spilled several with my last purchase (losing some under kitchen units!). They are just not user friendly and need to be a little larger, even if smaller than the previous size.
    IF you decide to change to a more reasonable size, please email me as I will go back to using your product. In the meantime I have had to source some of a more manageable size elsewhere.

    I have taken this particular vitamin since it was discovered that I had even lower than normal vitamin D3 deficiency which is low in UK anyway. My doctor had to boost the vitamin D3 and then advised me to continue with this strength of tablet which I take every day. I swear by them as I have felt much better since.
