What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

Research suggests that everyone over the age of one years should have a daily intake of at least 10µg of Vitamin D per day to protect bone and muscle health. Government advice is that everyone should consider taking a daily vitamin D supplement, especially during the autumn and winter.

    I take it daily for my Osteoporosis .I recommend it.

    Levels rose from 21 to 71 in six months of taking this supplement. You can get higher doses of vit. D but one where kevels rise more slowly are easier to monitor. I'm aiming for between 80 - 100 then I shall reduce - but not stop - the vit.

    Good value vitamin D but why on earth have they changed the size of the tablet. Now so small that they fall through your fingers and you can't possibly find where you have dropped them. Surely the filling materials are very cheap. I won't be buying H&B vit D again
