After doing some research and reading the reviews I decided to try these.

I�m suffer with gut related issues/IBS and also dry associated with it.

I�ve been taking these for a few years now and they�ve tremendously helped the issues I have going on.

I can now eat a lot of foods I couldn�t before and my skin is so much better.

Tried other more expensive probiotics when H&B were out of stock.Wont do that again as they were nowhere near as good.

Helped IBS symptoms & reduced my constant appetite

This is really helping IBS Symptoms for me. Less wind & less frequency going. Also it seems to have made me less hungry all the time which is a really added bonus as I have weight to lose to be a healthy BMI. I still can eat my meals but don�t feel so hungry in between & I�m satisfied by less food & stay fuller for longer. I bought it as I read it helps toe nail fungus. I had practically got rid of it but wanted to prevent it coming back. I read it can help the PH level in your body so the fungus can�t grow. That�s the main reason I bought it but got other benefits I wasn�t expecting

These are a good regular capsule to help keep your system moving, I keep mine in the fridge, I have had better quality but these are good value for money and certainly help.
