7 years of high dose Ibuprofen has taken its toll on my stomach and digestive system and I have been suffering from bloating ,indigestion and constipation. These have actually been a game changer. For the past 3 years ive suffered an awful combination of utis, yeast and ibs. Ive taken these for 2 months now and symptoms have more or less gone. The constant thrush that wouldn't clear after trying everything has disappeared. If you are struggling please give these a try as hopefully may help you too.
