Best product out there for intestinal issues as the irritable colon/bowel syndrome. I've used tons of similar items but more expensive. Acidophilus capsules by Holland & Barret work well, real relief and, last but not least, the price is unbeatable. "Ultra maximum" is the top. 20 billions active cultures and the pain is over.

Upset stomach

I took these for 4 months until I realised that they were the cause of a horrendously upset stomach, as soon as I stopped taking them I was fine again. Not a common side effect, but definitely one worth noting
