  3. DO NOT BUY! Does NOT help with bloating.

    I was suffering with bad bloating and swelling nearly every day, and heard these tablets would help.. Took one for almost 2/3 months and it made it so much worse.. I did some research and the MAIN ingredient in these is Fructooligsaccharides which is a HIGH fod map product ( high fodmap foods can cause SEVERE gas/bloating/cramps!!)... Many of the ingredients in these tablets actually CAUSE bloating and making all symptoms worse..
    Anyone suffering with bad cramping etc, I suggest doing some research on following a LOW FODMAP diet for a while to see what foods and drinks makes bloating worse.. NOT buy these tablets.. They are a joke

    I wanted to try these due to recurrent episodes of BV over the past few months. I didn't want to continually use pessaries or take any prescribed medication.
