    I didn�t realise that these had to be kept I the fridge after opening until I returned to the shop and the sales assistant mentioned it to me. I�m really cross that I�ve wasted money as apparently they are useless now. The writing was the smallest I�ve ever seen and it was hidden in the very edge at the side. Something that important like storage should be a lot clearer. Not impressed at all !!!!

    I always take H&B acidophilus but generally opt for the 10 billion, and my 14 year old daughter also takes them. I use the 20 billion when I have had to take antibiotics (which generally upset my stomach) and I need to bring in the big guns to rebalance my gut flora! I find them easy to swallow, there's no nasty after taste or side effects. This is a quality product at a realistic price. I am intending to switch full time to the 20 billion. I got the product via click and collect and picked up at the excellent H&B shop in Beckenham. The extremely helpful manager there was sympathetic when the product hadn't arrived and I needed them before going away for the weekend. He gave me a bottle from the store instead, and I was very grateful to him.
