    I've been taking these for a few months now, partly to combat thrush symptoms. They seemed to be relieving the issue at first but I'm not so sure now as I've experienced some discomfort a few times now. I'll finish this last bottle then go without & see what my reaction is.

    I found this product okay. It did not help me as much as previous acidophilus tablets did, as in it did not help with being regular on a daily basis as previously taken tablets.
