    I have a food intolerance to garlic and onions and anything in the onion family. After suffering for 20 plus years I am finally able to tolerate small amounts of garlic again. I am finding I can occasionally eat foods that would cause me pain, bloating, wind and diarrhoea. These friendly bacteria have worked wonders and they seemed to start working relatively quickly.
    Always trying to recommend them.

    It doesn't come up as a common side effect, but when you specifically research into it, probiotics can cause brain fog, headaches, nausea and dizziness. Within an hour of me taking it, I felt like I was going to faint. I felt spaced out, drunk and had no idea why. I fell over when bending down to pick up something. I was confused and scared and the only thing I did differently was take one of these for the first time. And when i researched, it can indeed cause brain dog, dizzyness etc. It's been nearly 24 hours and I still feel like I've had a concussion. Be careful.

    Bought these because my stomach was going a bit funny...ie rumbles all the time rather loudly..taken them for a week and it is settling down....I would recommend these.
