I wanted to wait a week or so to make sure I wasn�t having a good day but there have definitely helped me! I had gastritis in March and the prescribed medication cured the condition but left me with IBS symptoms for the last few months, I tried Bio-Kult probiotics to help get my system back to normal but they severely constipated me for a month. It is working in the background of your day

I have used this product for the first time, and have found it keeps my system under control, running in the back ground. It is a quality product, the capsules are easy to swallow, although they are quite big, they do have an odd taste even though they are in capsules.
Read the instructions before use, because it is all too easy to take this product with a hot drink, when infact it kills all those microorganisms you have just swallowed.
Take with a COLD drink only.
This would be my 2nd order with Holland and Barratt and have found them to be good at delivery, fast at service and no problems ordering online.

They can make you dizzy
