Love these capsules ??

Love these live friendly bacteria capsules. I've suffered with IBS in the past and thought it would be a good idea to get some friendly bacteria in my gut. Since taking them I've not had one episode. They're not too big to swallow with water (don't take them with hot drinks as it kills the good bacteria) which is a bonus. Been taking these capsules for several years now and wouldn't be without them. Excellent value for money if you can get them on a buy one get one free
