    Doubled this up with Dioxycyline and it worked tremendously !
    I took 2grams a day = 4 tablets a day and my skin has reeped the rewards

    I�ve taken this product for more years than I can remember in conjunction with other H&B products it synchronises sell with - I�m 80 now & seemingly fit, healthy & active. So it�s remains a regular purchase for me.

    Do they improve my acne? yes. Do they significantly improve my acne? maybe they would if I took them everyday. Why I don't take them everyday? because they are absolutely massive and impossible to swallow and I need 10 minutes and 2 litres of water to swallow one and that after slicing it into 4 pieces. I don't know if they can be chewed but I do and luckily they don't taste bad

    I bought this around a year ago as I get extremely tired. Started having it and In the first week of taking these, I started to feel pain in my appendix area. Really painful to the point I had to apply pressure on the area everytime I sneeze/cough/laugh to ease the pain. I thought after a few weeks I�ll try it again for luck. same thing happened. Was really disappointed as I thought I might have found something to finally keep me awake throughout the day. Please do more research before buying. It�s not cheap to have a few weeks to just discard of after.

    all my life iv suffered with real bad acne since taking theses along side bition 5000mg for my hair my skin has improved alot I can actually go to work with no make up or trying to cover up my acne it's an amazing product and I would pay the price for something I know works for me.
