This is a brilliant product. It was recommended to me because i suffer from depression and it has been fantastic. I dont get the really down moods since taking this product. Definitely recommend.

I have been using this product now for many years and it is the most effective thing to keep skin consistently clear.

Very large tablets which some people may find hard to take. I have no problem taking tablets but these were even a little large for me.

I started taking six per day spread out the day, and within three days the big painful spots had flattened out. After two weeks my cheeks had stopped breaking out but my dream was getting a new spot every day. After the full 100 where are used no new spots a much clearer skin! It even calmed down my chest acne drastically. Still struggling with spots on my back and chin but most is just hyperpigmentation now! I currently take one in the morning and one at night alongside the sink from Holland and Barrett! I did experience slight stomach pain and going to the bathroom three times a day which resulted in a bit of weight loss which I am sad about because I�m petite lol. No other side-effects I am now on a second bottle taking to a day as stated I will update on my next review if my skin stays this way or continues to get better with just the two a day x

I bought these to help with my skin. Unfortunately these tablets are so large and difficult to swallow, even if dividing them in half. I bought two bottles, will be returning the 2nd one. Measurements are 2.3cm in length and 0.6mm in width.
Pros include that it is perhaps one of the cheapest available, so if you are fine swallowing large tablets then you will be okay. But for me I don't think I would buy them again.

I got this as it was reccomend to take if you are on the combined pill and get hormonal acne. I had an under the skin spot on my jaw and took one before I went to bed, then next morning it was gone! They are hard to swallow but you can actually bite small pieces off and swallow small bits at a time (doesn't taste bad).
