    all my life iv suffered with real bad acne since taking theses along side bition 5000mg for my hair my skin has improved alot I can actually go to work with no make up or trying to cover up my acne it's an amazing product and I would pay the price for something I know works for me.

  2. Works well but too difficult to swallow

    I bought B5 to help improve my skin, I have been taking this for aboit a week now and have already seen an improvement with regard to acne. HOWEVER, the tablets are far too large! I swallow other 'large' tablets easily but I cannot swallow these. The tablets are very thick, even when I cut them in half, I still struggle to swallow due to the thickness. It would be much better if the tablets were thinner and shorter and the dosage was to take two instead of one massive tablet.

    Doubled this up with Dioxycyline and it worked tremendously !
    I took 2grams a day = 4 tablets a day and my skin has reeped the rewards
