Used this for my hormonal acne and it completely cleared up within a week. Tablets are big but can be broken into two.

Great product. I take them to help with my problem skin and seen an improvement in the short time I have been taking caplets. They are a bit on the large size so some people may find this an issue. The slow release is beneficial as vitamin B5 cannot be stored by the body.

I can�t explain how much these tablets (taken alongside zinc picolinate) have helped my skin. There wasn�t a time when I wouldn�t have multiple spots all over my face and it was hard to live with, but since taking these for over a month my skin has been amazing, and I�ve had completely clear skin and ONE very small spot in all that time which has lasted 1 night and is disappearing. After suffering with persistent spots since I was 15 (that�s 16 years!!) I�ve purchased almost every spot cream/tablet to ever exist but these finally work for me. I take 1 of these at night with 1 zinc tablet (apparently they absorb better over night) and one of these in the morning but without the zinc. It�s worked miracles and I won�t ever stop purchasing.
