I'd about given up hope, but found out B5 is good for skin apparently.

I've been taking 1 vitamin A with 1 of these everyday after food, and they seem to help control it for me at least.

There was a week or so to see any effect.

Great for Cystic Acne

I saw this first mentioned on YouTube and how it has the potential to help with Acne. I have or should I say had severe cystic acne all on my chin and cheeks. This tablet has definitely helped with reducing, somewhat stopping the cystic acne. I wouldn�t say it 100% cures acne as I still have experienced breakouts (not cystic though) but that could also be because I�m not �mega dosing� like the people on YouTube and in some of the reviews below.

I definitely think this is worth a go if you are experiencing acne.

The Pantothenic Acid tablets were delivered to store in less than 24 hours and could be collected with the text/email I received on my iPhone.

No more breakouts!

Amazing product and since I have started using it, no more breakouts! The pills are honestly not as large as some of the reviews make out. At the start I was taking 3 at a time (now down to 2 a day) and I could take them at the same time.
