    Bought as a appetite suppressor not sure it actually works. Not sure it doesn't work it doesn't make a huge amount of difference but I keep taking it for the added vitamin d

    I love this product its only 500mg so I take it twice a day. Seeing a lot of angry comments from people who have clearly googled the wrong thing or maybe just confused? so just to clear things up, if you�re looking for the black seed oil that has been known to have many amazing affects on the body, the one that is spoken about in the Quran, that is said to �cure all ailments but death� and has been used in North Africa and the Middle East for centuries, this is it, really important to look at the botanical name mentioned and the right one, the one to look for is Nigella Sativa, which is the seed oil in this product. Hope this helps anyone!

    Decided to try this supplement after a recommendation by a friend - unfortunately, it isn't for me. After taking it for 10 days, it didn't seem to agree with me so I stopped. I've given it a neutral 3-stars score because I hadn't tried it long enough to reach a fair opinion of the positive (and negative) effects of this product.

    These tablets were recommended to me by a friend. I was suffering with severe aches in my legs in particular. After taking them for 1 month I noticed a difference in that I could stand up from sitting without having to use my arms to push myself up. The improvements have continued, so I will stick to taking this once a day.
