- Biotin is found in most of the best hair supplements for growth; it is a B Vitamin that contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin – helping to keep them healthy. Niacin, also known as vitamin B3, is a water-soluble vitamin that aids normal skin and normal function of mucous membranes.
- Vitamin C is essential for the production of collagen, which can be found in our hair, skin, nails, bones, joints, and many other parts of the body.
