    I absolutely love these. I take 1-2 a day purely because I�m not organised enough to work 3 into my routine. My nails used to chip a lot and get those white bits and they no longer do. My super thin hair is thicker and stronger. I didn�t notice a huge difference to my skin but people keep complimenting it so it�s probably helping there too. I had to stop taking them for a couple of months and doing so validated the effect they were having as my nails became brittle again.

    These tablets work rather well. Been taking them for a couple of weeks now and have started to notice a difference in my nails and skin. The only negative comment I could make is that these tablets are really large so I need to half them.

    Recommended dose is 3 per day with meals. Firstly I don�t eat 3 times a day, only 2, but the worst thing about these is that they are the size of horse tranquillisers! Absolutely awful, would be bad enough once a day but would cope with that, but 3!? Can�t even tell if they�re doing any good :(

    I have been taking these for over 3 years,hair is stronger,so are my nails and my skin is in such good condition.also noticed that I get less colds and become poorly less often.stick with these and you will not be disappointed.highly recomend!

  10. Most effective remedy for splitting nails

    I have tried other nail supplements, but have reverted to this one because it is the most effective at keeping my nails [and my wife's] from splitting. Worth every penny!
