    I bought this item as my nails in particular were in very poor condition. I used one pack of 60 tablets and could see a vast improvement in the condition of my nails to the point that my husband even commented on how long they are. Although this product is more expensive than some on the market I look out for offers and purchase them then. In addition my hairdresser noticed an improvement in my hair. All in all a good product which I will continue to use.

    Highly recommend these supplements. I suffer with very weak nails and brittle hair. I have been taking these for 3 months and people are already commenting on my shiny hair and it is growing for the first time in about 3 years!

  6. Great for healthy hair that grows!

    My hair grows fairly quick anyway, but I�ve always struggled with split ends and now I�m bleaching my hair the split ends were getting worse. These keep my hair healthy and my hair is growing even quicker than usual. I do think they�re only useful if your lacking in any of the vitamins / minerals included, but they�re worth a go if your struggling with slow growing hair! These have also been great for my skin - which is clearer than ever despite the lockdown stress. I haven�t seen a huge different in my nails but I do a lot of housework and have a habit of picking at my nails when I concentrate so I can�t really complain about that!

    I�ve only been taking these for a week so far so don�t know if they will be working. However, this week I have broken out in a lot of spots, more than they would normally come up. I don�t know if it�s linked or I�m just generally breaking out? ALSO� smells HORRIBLE. I�ve found I have to take these with juice rather than water to make them easier to take.

    Been taking these for a couple months dont see an improvement in my hair as such but makes your nails grow as for my skin it breaks me out in spots I have 3 tablets a day everyday
