    These pills have repaired the most fragile of nails. They used to very soft and split and crack all the time. Now they look nice and only split if I damage them. If I stop taking them the softness returns. I wouldn't be without these pills.

    I started taking the tablets after losing a lot of hair whilst washing. Four months later I have noticed a great improvement in the quality and apparent strength of my hair - a lot less now comes out when I wash it, back to the normal amount and not clumps.
    Would recommend this product

    I took these for a month and a half and they gave me acne and bumps all over my face and shoulders. Be careful with these if you have acne prone skin. The smell of these isn't great either but can get used to it.
