    My nails, my hair and skin!!!
    My nails were really thin and always ached when I touched them. Guys, in less than 2 months, my nails are now hard. My hair is fuller and grown. I will 100% recommend this!

    I have been taking these tablets 3 times a day as advised and already my hair feels fuller, softer and in general in better condition. Its the first time I have tried these and I was a little apprehensive at first, but I will buy them again.

    Excellent, had acrylic nails for 20 years, when i finally stopped wearing them my nsils were in a terrible state. But after taking this formula for about 3 - 6 months , they are really strong and not flaky. Perseverance is needed!

    This product is really good. My nails were splitting, and my hair is very fine and thin. After taking these tablets for about 2 months I started to see a difference, with my nails becoming strong and hard, my hair seems thicker, and my skin smoother. People cannot believe my age, and I've been mistaken for my daughters sister, and my sons wife on separate occassions. However, I do find the tablets rather large. The price is reasonable also, especially when there are special offers available.

    I�ve been taking these for a few weeks now and have seen a noticeable difference in my skin and nails. Skin is looking clearer and nails stronger. Very pleased with the product and will continue to use.

    When I saw this I wasn�t sure it would be of much benefit. But I�m so glad I bought it. My nails were in a terrible state, splitting, breaking, flaking. After taking this for a couple of months there is a vast difference. My nails are so much healthier. Would definitely recommend.

    Got a free sample a few years ago and took them with no expectations. Worked really well and now I take a month's supply three or four times a year. Works on every area it claims to.

    Since taking these my stomach acid has never been so bad. Im bloated and uncomfortable. Maybe I'm just sensitive with vitamins but I've seen no improvement in a month. I'm sure some people will love them and I got them half price but for me a waste of money.

    I used the older version of these which worked well for me for years. This new version gave me nausea, constipation and abdominal pain followed by actual vomiting. Thankfully Ive recovered after stopping these. found my health, but lost confidence in the brand and product.
