On purchasing this product i was a bit apprehensive to whether it would work or not but i have been taking these for a couple of weeks and my hair is thicker than before, i am surprisingly amazed at this product, I will be buying this product again and again.

Have a skin problem on my hands due to work. Used these and it cleared up. Stoped using and after a few months it was back remembered these used again and it all cleared up.

I've been using it for two months, three times a day, but there is no change in my hair, skin or nails... only colour of my wee changed, but it's not what I was looking for ;) not happy with these tablets at all...

They have everything in which is good as I'm getting all my vitamins in one tablet. And yes I said it 'tablet' it isn't a caplet. It's a mighty big tablet.

I have difficulty swallowing them so I put them in my smoothie for supper.

They smell awful but don't smell them. Simples.

I've used them on and off for about 23 years and i always go back to them over other products on the market.
