After trying similar, cheaper products but not getting anything from them, I decided to try these. Noticed the difference after about 2 weeks, my nails are so much stronger and are able to grow much longer. My hair is also growing faster and on my last trip to the hair dressers, she mentioned it was looking really healthy. I have quite clear skin anyway, so I'm not sure if there has been any difference there. Overall, I love these, I'm on my 3rd bottle and I'm sure I'll be buying more.

I cannot express how impressed I am with this product, it has provided a very well needed boost to the quality to all three of my skin, hair and nails!

I purchased two bottles of these pills, after a salon disaster which caused a lot of my hair to snap, leaving any remaining hair terribly damaged. These are the first and only supplements I have tried for my hair growth.

I have just finished my first bottle of the supplements, meaning I have taken the capsules religiously (3 a day) for one month, but my results from this short time are simply amazing!

My hair would roughly grow around a cm a month, if that.. However since taking these my hair has grew at least 1.5 INCH in one month! That's well over double the average hair growth rate. Not only has my hair growth doubled in speed, my hair has definitely improved in quality of softness, shine and thickness.

Although I only purchased these for the hair benefits, they have done wonders for my nails - an added bonus. I'm a nail biter, and have simply accepted that my nails are weak, short and prone to snapping. However, since taking these my nails are stronger and longer than ever!

Unfortunately, I haven't noticed a drastic difference in my skin. However, my skin is fairly clear and healthy normally. But, in all fairness, I haven't had any spots since taking this supplement so it hasn't had a negative impact!

Basically, I couldn't praise this product enough. It's saved my hair! It's gave me hope in that my hair can be restored to its natural self! After years of dying, this product has given me motivation to grow out my natural hair colour! I aim to have done so by next year, judging by the speed of hair growth with these beauties!

I have only been using these supplements for 2 weeks now but I can already see a massive improvement, in my hair and nails especially.
I have a short inverted bob hairstyle, which I desperately want to grow out and other vitamins on the market are just so expensive, so when I came across these at such a good price I thought I should give it a try.
Already in two weeks my nails have become much stronger and have grown very well (I used to always have acrylic nails which damaged my own nails and left them in poor condition), my hair has 10000% grown in just two weeks! It's very obvious my hair has grown because of how short it is.
I can't see much difference to my skin.... yet. But like I said I have only been using this product for two weeks so that may come into effect at a later stage.

I will definitely continue using this product, because if it can make such a positive difference in two weeks, then I am sure it will make an even bigger difference in two months! Very excited!

I�m anticipating a Great Set of Nails

I needed something for hair and nails as my hair is so thin and nails were brittle I�m definitely seeing results as my nails feel so much stronger and hair looks more shiny

I've been taking the Skin Hair and Nails formula tablets for some time now and at the age of 81 I have never considered all three(skin ,hair AND nails!) to be in better condition!

Strong odour and caplets are quite big however they did make a difference to my nails and hair. Smell does linger on you and they make your poop stink!
But they do work for hair and nails
