    I am currently trying to grow my hair and I was rather sceptical about these working but I thought you cant knock em til you've tried em! ive been using them for about 3-4 weeks and although my hair is healthy anyways these vitamins have made my hair even more healthy! its shiny, strong , full and soft and has definitely grow loads! even my hairdresser said she couldn't believe how much my hair had grown. will definitely keep up with this vitamins and I recommend them to anyone who wants amazing hair!! thanks Holland and barrett :D

    I have recently been diagnosed with excma and rosacia, suffering a year of misery. bought the hair skin nail formula with the hope it might help the skin on my face stop flaking. It has and im so delighted. I havent used the creams i have been prescribed and will keep using these instead. I would recommend these tablets. Thank you holland & barrett

    Started these a few months ago and seen a difference now with the length of my hair and now my nails are getting stronger and are growing well so am quite happy with this purchase.

    I have decided to try these after reading so many positive reviews for hair and nail growth. I've only been taking them for 2 weeks, so I haven't noticed a big difference yet. I have noticed that I have small spots on my scalp after taking these and I have noticed it's where new hair growth is coming through. I will submit a further review in a couple of months to confirm if they have worked for me or not. I decided to start taking these as my hair is very fine and thin and my nails break so easily.

    I have just started using these. I find them so hard to swallow. I am now breaking them in half and they still get stuck in my throat. I have to have something to eat along with the water as they are very hard to get down.
