  1. Nothing like the old version

    I loved the old version of these vitamins but since taking these my nails are weaker and hair not so shiny/healthy, the old vitamins also helped with my eczema prone skin but my skin has gone back to how it used to be, very dry and sensitive. I�m Gutted, won�t be purchasing these again.

    It does all that it says. My hair is stronger and has stopped falling out. My nails are really strong and grow well. For an 88 year old person my skin is better than I would expect.

    For me they worked well on my hair, it�s now much thicker, but they did nothing at all for my nails which still remain broken and flaky

    I've never been good at remembering to take pills. But the results of these were so fast that it inspired me to really make the effort. I've been taking them for about 4weeks now. The major difference is my hair. I've been struggling for a few years with really reeeeally dry, split hair. I couldn't wear my hair out for a couple hours without it matting/dreadlocking at the back. Not to mention the amount of hair that would simply break whenever I brushed it.
    After taking these supplements my hair is much softer, shinier and doesn't knot so easily. I'm hoping to see a lot less breakage after my next haircut.
    My nails are growing noticeably faster which is nice (although I am a nail biter).
    I have not noticed a huge difference in my skin however I have always had quite good skin so I'm not bothered.
    Will definitely be buying more of these.

    Been using this for a year now but no difference to my Nails or skin. Hair is a bit longer. very pricey for little benefit.will not buy again
