    Helping products. Have been using this just for last 2 months but can see some good results. Of course I am using other things for hair loss but I can feel difference now and before.

    These are definitely worth taking. I have taken them for several years and initially my finger nails were always breaking. I could never grow them any length. Now my nails are much stronger and grow quickly. Very pleased with the result.

    I gave up on my rubbish nails until I discovered H & B skin, hair and nail tablets, not cheap but Iv'e been using them for a couple of years now and my nails are now very strong.

    Defiantly see the difference after few weeks, tablets are little big if you do struggle to take tablets as it is but part from that they are great.

  6. Grapeseed extract

    Do not take these if like me you take warfarin.. The new ingredients now contain grapeseed extract.. Took them for years until they changed the ingredients. When I purchased the new ones I was told by the assistant they were exactly the same just a different bottle.. They are not!

    These are by the far the best product for increased growth of nails and hair and improvement in the look of skin. I have tried many products over the years but these are good value for money and do actually work!

    I am now on my third bottle of this and noticed the difference in the first few weeks! My nails NEVER grew before, always snapped or split when they started to look nice. But now, all of my nails are long and extremely strong. I have always had quite thin hair and since I went blonde it doesnt grow very much. But I am in the process of growing out the blonde and I am sure these tablets have sped that up! Hair grows quickly, is more shiny and thick. My skin definitely has a nice glow without make up. The main time I notice a difference in my skin is when I stop taking the tablets, it really looks duller and I seem to get a few more spots. All in all, I LOVE this product and will continue to use! Would 10000% reccomend

    So I�ve been using this for 2 months and I can say that it did help my hair grow but not really what I expected. For nails it didn�t rlly do a difference and also it made my skin break out a bit.
