    You need to take 3 of these per day so although a big bottle they won�t last me as long as I thought they would. They are quite big tablets and aren�t a capsule like I prefer so will probably go back to another brand on the high street brand

    i wrote a previous honest review about these saying how they seem to be working although it was still a little early, anyway i mentioned in my review the vile after taste:
    WELL i only experienced this because i was taking all 3 tablets at a time, which is not what you are supposed to do, you are supposed to take 1, 3 times a day with each meal, i didn't do this and therefore experienced this tatse because taking too many at a time, as well as the taste, taking all three at the same time made me literally sick, so please dont make the same silly mistake as me ahaha just a heads up

    I purchased these while they was on special offer for half price very recently so far too soon to tell if these are going to be any benefit to me, what I can say is these tablets are of a large size and not very easy to swallow and also have a very discerning smell and taste but try not to let this put you off because I can already see a difference in my nail growth as they are growing faster. I am hoping for results in my hair as I have fine limp hair with not ant thickness so I'm hoping for positive results with this.
