    These vitamins are literally the worse tasting vitamins i have ever had. The smell is horrid. Literally makes me gag everytime i have one i have to hold my nose and down it. Cannot wait to finish the bottle so i dont have to do this every morning

    After using a different brand for a month and they had suddenly run out every where! I tried these and can honestly say they have a made such a difference to my hair and nails. I have always suffered with bad acne and skin problems but has lowered the amount of spots I get an the occasional flare up that I would usually get during the winter months! Would really recommend to anyone!

    I have been taking these for a couple of years now after they were recommended by my friend�s mother to help me with flakey nails and very dry hair. They seem to have helped my hair a lot and my nails, though they still break, are much healthier too.

    I actually stopped using these because I was having doubts as to whether they worked. I have long hair and after I stopped I started noticing a lot of hair over the floor and in the plug hole when I washed it. While I was using the product the issue of a hairy floor & blocked plug hole was significantly reduced. I have since bought more and will never run out again!
