I�ve been using this for the last 3 years. It does wonders for my hair which now has a nice healthy sheen. My skin nails don�t break so often as they used to in the past. My skin has probably benefited most! At 42, I�m lucky to have smooth and glowing skin. I take one a day. After about 3 months you will notice the difference- if you�re frequent with consumption!

I noticed my hair was falling out a lot so a friend recommended these. Have been using them for a while and they have been great so far. Tablets are slightly large to swallow but breaking them in half does the trick.
