    I am very happy with this product and have noticed that my nails have become stronger and my hair has become thicker and shinier. With my skin I don�t notice any change . Two out of three improvements is good enough for me

    These tablets have certainly improved the strength of my nail but unfortunately don not seem to have made any difference to my hair, but I will continue to take them for another month or so.
    They are rather large so are a little difficult to swallow

    The Skin Hair Nails tablets have really improved the strength and health of my hair and nails. I notice that my hair falls out more and my nails break when I do not take them.

    I have now been taking these caplets for 2 months. They have helped my hair look very healthy as before was dry and always breaking due to heat products. My skin Also looks more clearer and my nails are much stronger. I have re ordered these and also recommended to family.

    They are very large tablets and difficult to take. I break them in half but still not easy to take. Also would have preferred to take just one a day

    i am not sure if it is me or something but I really got a severe skin allergy and I stopped immediately the caplets.

    I have been taking these tablets for over a year now because my hair is in bad condition. It has not helped my hair at all and my nails keep chipping I think it's a waste of money.

    Although I haven�t been taking these caplets long, I�m excited to see the results. Since having my son nearly two years ago, my hair, skin and nails have all suffered tremendously. My hair has thinned out quite noticeably. My skin has lost that glow I had pre-baby and my nails are in poor condition. The caplets are easy to swallow and don�t leave a bitter taste behind in my mouth. They are packed full of vitamins and minerals, so I�m confident I am getting what my body needs.
