    I wanted to try these as my hair is so thin and dry, it�s always been like this! Decided to try something new to change it, I�ve noticed a massive difference in my hair. Much more healthy looking! Really impressed

    I got these tablets in store and they had a great offer on them. I haven't been taking them very long but I have been taking three of them per day like the box says you should and I think I'm already seeing an improvement in my skin and nails. I've been using other new products on my hair so I can't say if this particular one has contributed to the improvement in my hair. What I will say though is that these tablets are really big and hard to swallow. I like the product itself because it has a lot of great ingredients but the size makes it so hard to keep taking them like I want to. I wish they were smaller or came in capsule form.

    Ordered two bottles online with other things. One bottle come with the lid not on properly, when I twisted it of the taught safety seal around the rim had been peeled back. The other bottle didn't have a clear pastic seal around the lid either like the other items I bought. Have sent EIGHT emails- still not got a reply. Phone rings out forever, all I am doing is paying for a premiom number.

    Day 4 and I nearly throw up from the taste of these vitamins. I am not sure if they are having an effect just yet, but I hope they do help as my first opinions are not great. Smell and taste horrible. - pray they are worth it.

    They have actually helped my nails grow really well. And my hair loss has gone down a bit. My skin feels clearer. I was skeptical. But i love these now

    I�m not 100% sure but I think I maybe allergic to this product. I have since being vomiting I have at present stop taking them to ensure I could be very wrong

    Ive been using these for over 6 months now. My nails are so strong and people often comment on how long they are. My skin is so much better, i used to suffer with spots but now done. I do also drink alot of water to help. I dye my hair a lot so its not in the best condition but does grow quickly now. The only thing with these is the size of them and that you have to take 3. They are very big so if you have trouble with swallowing pills, these are not for you.
